Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, find the items that you wish to buy, then enter the quantity you require and click “add to cart”.
After adding an item to the cart a confirmation screen will be displayed. You need to wait 5 seconds before you are taken back the product page.
After you have finished your selection, click on “View Cart” in the top right corner of the screen to see the items in your cart. Then click “Checkout Now” to proceed. You will then have to enter your personal details and method of payment.
Occasionally we update our product packaging and sometimes products supplied may look slightly different from those pictured on this website.
To pay by Credit or Debit card you will be transferred to a secure WorldPay/Streamline payment page to submit your card details.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties or you require assistance then please phone the number in the “Reaching Us” section. Our Receptionists will be able to assist you or take your order over the phone.
We accept the following cards Master Card (All Types) / Maestro / Visa (All Types) / JCB / American Express
We also accept payment via PayPal – just follow the same process as payment via credit/debit card then click on the PayPal icon and follow the instructions to log on to your PayPal account.

Shipping And Handling
All of our item prices are inclusive of postage and packaging to UK addresses.
Orders to other EU countries are subject to additional postage charges. These additional charges are calculated depending on the total value of goods purchased. Therefore larger orders get the best value postage price. To view the postage cost for the items you wish to purchase simply click “Checkout”, enter your country and click next.
We guarantee to process and dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt.
Most orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Orders that are over £30 in total value will be dispatched via CityLink.
Most UK orders are delivered within 3 – 5 working days. However please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Orders to other EU countries are normally delivered within 7-14 working days. However please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

If an item that you have ordered is not in stock it will be automatically back ordered for you. We will attempt to contact you via phone or e-mail to inform you of any delay to your order.
All of our products are 0% rated for VAT.
Credit Card Security
All credit and debit card transactions on this site are processed by WorldPay/Streamline using a secure connection. We use fraud prevention technology on this site to prevent the fraudulent use of credit or debit cards.
We require the use of MasterCard Secure Code or Verified by Visa. This extra level of security requires cardholders to enter a password when placing their order using a registered credit or debit card.
All credit and debit card details are stored securely in our computer systems.

What happens if my order arrives and the goods are damaged?
If this occurs please contact us using one of the methods listed in “Reaching Us” and let us know that your order has been received damaged. We will arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you, enclosing a pre-paid label so that you can return the damaged goods back to us for inspection.
What should I do if when I receive my order I haven’t received my correct order?
This is very unlikely to happen but if it does please contact us using one of the methods listed in “Reaching Us” and explain that your order was incorrect. If you have been short delivered you will be sent the remainder of your order. If the wrong product was received then the correct one will be sent to you enclosing a pre-paid label so that you can return the wrong item to us free of charge.
What do I do if 14 days has passed and I have not received my items?
Please contact us using one of the methods listed in “Reaching Us” and explain that 14 days has passed since the dispatch date of your order. We will then arrange for a Proof of Delivery from our couriers and contact you as soon as we have an answer. If your order has been lost in transit we will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible. We also ask that you contact us if you receive the original shipment at a later date so it can be returned to us.

If for any reason you change your mind and no longer require an item that you have ordered we will be happy to give you a full refund if the goods are returned to us unused within 28 days of the dispatch date.
Although we will refund the full cost of the purchase (item value and postage and packaging) the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping of the goods to us.
