Oaty nut and raisin bars

Makes 15

  • 100g butter
  • 50g light soft brown sugar
  • 5g Sweet ’N Low Stevia for chefs
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g porridge oats
  • 100g plain flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 100g mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 100g raisins


  1. Pre heat the oven to 180C/Gas 4. Grease and line a 23 x 23cm tin.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar and Sweet ’N Low Stevia for chefs together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour into the tin, press down with the back of a spoon and bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown and still slightly soft.
  5. Mark into 15 bars and leave to cook in the tin.


5g Sweet ’N Low Stevia for chefs replaces 50g light soft brown sugar.
